At British Supplements, we take pride in the purity and quality of our products; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your supplements are unopened, the safety seal is intact, and the request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return via a tracked postal service to our UK warehouse; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
